OnCore USA is currently seeking an extrusion manager for a direct hire position in Portage, MI. For the Extrusion Manager position, the company is seeking candidates that have 5-10 years of experience in extrusion and plant management. Candidates must have previous leadership experience.

Pay: $90,000 – $110,000/ year

Responsibilities of the Extrusion Manager

• Lead extrusion department including die shop
• Plan/ schedule product through the extrusion department
• Assist engineering with quotes to ensure profiles are routed with the best information for recovery and pounds per hour

Requirements of the Extrusion Manager

•  Knowledge of the extrusion process, including die repair
•  Bachelors degree
•  5-10 years extrusion and plant management
